Racked Hosting LLC collects personal information upon the purchase or use of a service or product owned or operated by Racked Hosting LLC. Upon initial registration information (such as name, address, phone number, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, and industry) may be asked. Once you log in with your provided credentials, Racked Hosting LLC logs activity. Racked Hosting will automatically collect information from your browser, such as Racked Hosting cookies and IP addresses, which will then be placed in the server logs. Racked Hosting LLC requires the above personal information to legally provide services and products.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Racked Hosting LLC does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you have requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

Monitoring and Backing Up

Racked Hosting LLC does back up the servers; however, Racked Hosting LLC does not monitor web activity. In compliance with the Terms of Service, Racked Hosting LLC does reserve the right to take the necessary legal actions in order to solve an infringement of the Terms of Service.
